Fikile believes in close collaboration between the firm’s frontline workers and its back-office staff. Frontline members of staff are the first point of contact with the firm, particularly for potential clients.
She says, as far as possible, they try to resolve issues, but sometimes have to escalate them, with a clear brief, to other colleagues.
Mutual understanding and collaboration result in a win-win situation for everyone, including KHR staff and clients.
Boipelo has an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Johannesburg and an Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa.
