Biography

Phindile holds an LLB Degree as well as an LLM Degree specializing in Insolvency Law from the University of Pretoria.

She is an outgoing person with excellent interpersonal skills. Building and maintaining relationships with people comes very easily to her and this makes her the perfect fit in KHR’s commercial litigation department. She is self-driven, tenacious and focused when it comes to her career goals.

She has a very good relationship with her family as it keeps her grounded and motivated. This helps her maintain a healthy balance between her work and personal life. Her passion for law was nourished by, amongst other things, the socio-economic challenges faced by her community. As a result, she is always willing to lend a hand in communities when it comes to legal issues.

Her goal is to be one of the sharpest legal minds in South Africa through professional growth and personal development. KHR Inc. provides her with the ideal platform and opportunities to learn and grow.
