Biography
Kutloano is a young attorney who is passionate about learning and constantly improving herself. Being at KHR has given her the opportunity to grow in more ways than one. She has learnt to assert herself in both her personal and professional life. She is able to adapt to various situations and extract the best from the people she works with. She is passionate about people and strategy, as well as ensuring that the client’s experience is the best that it can be.
Kutloano joined KHR in 2016 and has been passionate about the firm’s growth since day one. She was promoted from Associate to Senior Associate at KHR in January 2021.She appreciates management’s commitment to mentoring and coaching and credits the company’s ethos for her own exponential professional growth in the past five years. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce and LLB degrees from the University of Witwatersrand. She also obtained a post-graduate certificate in Risk, Compliance and Governance Law from Wits in 2018. She served her articles at AD Hertzberg Attorneys from August 2015 to August 2016 and was admitted as an attorney in July 2018.
KHR’s client-centric approach resonates well with her own personal values. As she explains, “we ensure that every client has a good experience with the firm and that the law is explained to them in simple, user-friendly language. We take extra care to ensure that we find creative ways to solve their individual problems.”
When she takes her ‘legal eagle’ hat off, Kutloano enjoys festivals, travel and new experiences and the people that one meets on these adventures.
